DAMAC Canal Crown

Canal Crown is a residential project by DAMAC Properties, created in partnership with the jewelry brand de Grisogono and located in the Business Bay district. The project includes two basement levels, a ground floor, three podium levels, thirty-eight residential floors, and a rooftop level.  The exterior is designed in a futuristic high-rise style with an emphasis on smooth curved lines and the dynamic form of the towers. Panoramic glazing, streamlined façades, and expressive architectural elements create a modern and recognizable appearance for the complex. The architectural concept combines contemporary design solutions, expressive geometry, and an emphasis on visual lightness, shaping a distinctive presence within Dubai’s urban skyline.  The project features studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two-, three-, and four-bedroom duplexes. Interiors are designed in a contemporary aesthetic using a light color palette, natural stone, decorative metallic accents, and panoramic glazing.  Residents benefit from infrastructure designed for leisure and comfortable everyday living, including a themed garden, spa spaces, aqua training areas, and VR swimming zones.  The complex offers convenient access to key destinations across the city.
